I am absolutely satisfied with my new racing bike, the Rinos Odin 3! The support was available via chat at any time for questions and was very helpful. Great customer service

Despite several delivery problems caused by DPD, my experience with Rinos was excellent. They responded to my emails incredibly quickly, often within 15 minutes, and handled every issue professionally. After DPD failed for the second time, they arranged a different courier and even upgraded me to a higher-tier bike at no extra cost.
