Very good after-sales customer service

The bike arrived in a box. Supposedly normal, it was packed properly, but I have seen better-packed bikes (Focus Atlas, Romet Aspre – I own both). Great customer service

Despite several delivery problems caused by DPD, my experience with Rinos was excellent. They responded to my emails incredibly quickly, often within 15 minutes, and handled every issue professionally.
